Mar 11, 2013 · There were 1,989 Dino Spiders made, and there were 5,814 Dino Coupes made between 1966 and 1972. I think that the Dino Spider can lay claim to being a Ferrari, especially the 2.4-liter version, as much as a Dino 246 GT. The problem is that it has already been branded a Fiat. From 1966 to 1969, the first 4833 Fiat Dinos came with that 2.0-liter V-6, but for its final four years until 1973, Dino engine capacity was increased to 2.4 liters and power hiked to 180 hp.
