Maryland Circuit Courts presided over multiple adoptions and held family celebrations to mark National Adoption Day in November. The largest was held by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Bar Association of Baltimore City on Saturday, November 18, when 26 children were adopted into “forever families.”
